ERE Certificaten Nederland is a product of Factor 50 B.V., registered in the Dutch Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under KvK number 82175462.

1. Definitions

• ERE Certificaten Nederland: the provider of the services as described on this website
• User: the person who registers for our services
• ERE certificates: Emission reduction units — certificates that demonstrate how much CO₂ has been saved through sustainable energy for transport
• Services: the registration and trading of ERE certificates on behalf of the user

2. Services

ERE Certificaten Nederland handles the registration of charging points for ERE certificates with the competent authorities. We manage the administrative processing and pay out the proceeds to the user, minus our fee.

3. Registration

By registering via our website, you declare that the information you provide is correct and complete. You are responsible for keeping your details up to date.

4. Costs

Registration is free. We charge a percentage on the proceeds from the traded ERE certificates. The exact fee is communicated at the time of registration.

5. Payout

The proceeds from ERE certificates are paid out periodically to the bank account number you provided. The frequency and conditions for payout are communicated at registration.

6. Liability

ERE Certificaten Nederland strives to provide its services as well as possible, but cannot give guarantees regarding the level of proceeds. The value of ERE certificates depends on market conditions.

7. Privacy

We handle your personal data with care. See our privacy policy for more information.

8. Termination

You can terminate your registration at any time by contacting us. Any outstanding proceeds will still be paid out after termination.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to amend these terms. Changes will be published on this page. By continuing to use our services after a change, you agree to the amended terms.
